A young actress goes to a film director's house for an audition. During the interview, the director's requests become increasingly ambiguous and prevaricating. Through some exercises and improvisations, the director enters the private life of the actress and upsets the rules of their business meeting. The actress, after an initial difficulty, reverses the situation through improvisation, entering the director's private life.

The two begin a dialogue poised between fantasy and reality, confusing plans and speaking explicitly, perhaps for the first time in their lives. Within this dynamic that is slowly charged with tension and is increasingly out of control, the actress continually reveals herself to be different from what she appears to be and the director suddenly finds himself confronted with the dark side of his past, which bursts out right in front of him.
